Since 2013, I have been preaching occasional sermons for our church in Cambourne. Although this has not always been as regular as I would have liked (I had a longish break after our son was born), this is something I really love doing and at which I think I am improving all the time.
Below is the archive of recordings taken from our church's website, which is, unfortunately, slightly incomplete. Click the links to read the relevant bible passages.
I hope in future to find the time to tighten up the audio (remove some of the um-ing and er-ing, remove any sections which are too specific to be meaningful outside of the local congregation) and to provide transcripts. For now, however I hope you can enjoy them as they are.
Paul's First Letter To The Corinthians (Complete Reading)
The third of my complete readings of Biblical Books takes on First Corinthians, to tie in with a teaching series at our church. There is a little bit of pre-amble to this one where I pitch the letter as the content of a church meeting - and the photo here is the agenda, which I ticked off as we read through. The reading proper kicks in at 0:51 if you want to skip the meeting introduction.

the Books of Ezra-Nehemiah and Haggai (complete reading)
This is the second in my series of complete readings of Biblical books. This time, I take on the post-exilic period with the books of Ezra-Nehemiah (which were originally one text) with the prophecies of Haggai inserted into the relevant place in the middle. Is there a case that I should have also added the prophecies of Zechariah into the mix? Yes there is, but Zechariah is 14 chapters long so it will have to wait its turn. The audio is actually only near-complete, but if you read all the information in the images from the PowerPoint then you'll get the whole thing.

the gospel according to st mark (complete reading)
This is not a sermon but the first in what I hope will become a series of services during which a book of the Bible is read in its entirety. I picked Mark's Gospel for the first one because it is a) a good story with a real sense of narrative drive throughout; and b) reasonably short. Even so - it took about an hour and a half to complete the reading, complete with props and live sound effects! Watch this space for more (hopefully)!

The Bible All-Age service
This is not really a sermon but a recording of an all-age service which was a canter through the whole Bible in an hour and everything (all the songs, prayers, activities, etc) contributed to telling the story.
Through the service I refer to putting books on a bookcase - these were 66 mocked up books with the titles of each biblical book on the side which we added thoughout the service to a bookshelf.
